**Job Description**:
This is an opportunity for an eager student or recent graduate to work alongside the human resources department within a global IT software company. Assist the local team in Adelaide, supporting all HR functions within the Asia-Pacific region.
- Navigate our internal HR system, and help with the input of data as well as data cleansing to ensure accuracy and optimisation of reporting
- Contribute to HR communications and initiatives, such as the development of internal newsletters and coordination of well-being/ engagement activities
- Participate and gain exposure to any ongoing HR projects (both regional and global)
- General administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties to support the team

**Qualifications**:

- Undertaking, or recent graduate of a business or management degree (ideally a Bachelor in Human Resource Management)
- Ability to work within the Microsoft Office Suite - basic skills in Word, PPT, Outlook, and Excel
- Desire to pursue a career in the field of human resources
- Genuine enthusiasm and passion for working with people
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Business-level English is mandatory, with any other APAC language an advantage

- Contract location is **Adelaide, Australia**:

- This is a paid internship opportunity
- Available to work 2 - 3 days per week on a casual basis for a period of up to six months
