People and Culture Advisor

DT Infrastructure is seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Advisor to join the delivery team on a significant project. This role will provide support to the HR Manager, with day-to-day workforce operations across the project site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing frontline HR support to DTI employees, escalating issues to the HR Manager as necessary. They will also assist with union ROEs for the site, maintain the IR Risk Register, and track site headcount, turnover, and recruitment.

  • Assist with workforce reporting, including tracking of site headcount, turnover, and recruitment.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding of project personnel.
  • Coordination of camp operations and liaison with the camp operator, including roster management and coordinating room bookings.
  • Workforce logistics coordination, including liaising with Site Security and Transport providers to ensure effective DIDO operations.
  • Managing social impact reporting and supporting wellbeing and engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Human Resources or Business, demonstrable experience in HR management, and knowledge of contemporary HR practices. They should also possess strong communication skills and be able to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Human Resources and/or Business.
  • Demonstrable and successful 'hands-on' experience in a related human resources management/Advisor role.
  • Knowledge and understanding of contemporary HR management and workplace relations.
  • Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders/team members to support delivery and create business value.
  • Conduct investigations with best practice processes.
  • Take accountability for own actions; address commitments with decisiveness, responsibility, and appropriate level of efficiency and reliability.
  • Ability to work effectively within a dynamic environment.
