Within Western Australia our Mining & Resources Division delivers engineering and construction projects for our key Tier 1 iron ore producing clients, which enables them to sustain and expand their mining operations throughout the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. As a trusted partner to the WA resource sector, Calibre is integrated in our Client's Major Projects which enables up to go above and beyond and succeed together with our clients.

**The Role**:
Working on an 8:6 family friendly roster, you'll be responsible for the overall personnel management and construction timeline on an iconic WA Closure project. This position sits within an integrated client team, alongside Calibre personnel and fostering relationships with the blue collar contractors on site.
- Responsible for overseeing construction activities and working collaboratively alongside construction teams to ensure project delivery achieves client requirements
- Manage and monitor the performance of the workforce and subcontractors
- Identification, analysis and mitigation of potential risk
- Direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays
- Oversee supervisory personnel and labour representatives to resolve complaints and grievances within work force

- 8+ years related experience in construction management, previous roles supervisor/coordinator
- Needs to have plenty of Pilbara experience under their belt
- Proven leadership skills & ability to motivate personnel to achieve construction objectives
- Must hold a valid driver's license and general Construction Induction Card
- Results orientated and self-motivated individual
- Able to maintain composure under all circumstances
- Takes personal ownership over completion of tasks
