Job Overview

The role of a construction supervisor is to oversee and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks
  • Facilitate daily toolbox talks and weekly site meetings
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers for smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate site records and track progress

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of site supervision experience in construction or related fields
  • Strong understanding of WHS regulations and site safety practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
  • Competency in site reporting and documentation
  • Relevant trade qualifications or building/construction certifications (preferred)
  • White Card and other relevant site access credentials (essential)
