Project Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex construction projects. This dynamic position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Project Manager with strategic planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Cultivate strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless collaboration and coordination
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and change orders, to ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant regulations
  • Monitor progress, update milestones, and proactively address any issues to maintain project momentum

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of post-graduate experience in project coordination or management within the construction sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering large-scale projects, ideally within the residential space
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
  • Proficiency in construction project management tools and software
  • In-depth understanding of construction contracts and regulatory requirements
