Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the administrative aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Assist in procurement processes, including tendering and scope reviews
  • Monitor and control project budgets, progress claims, and variations
  • Liaise with site teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Track and report on project costs and timelines
  • Evaluate compliance with legal and company standards across all documentation

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts (AS4000, AS2124, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Hammertech and JobPac highly beneficial
  • Experience working in a similar role in Australia
