Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement effective project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.

A degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications and a current construction induction card (White Card) are also highly regarded.
