In this newly created role, you will work closely with the IT Manager to keep our technical contracts accurate, compliant, and up to date.The successful candidate will:Support the smooth running of IT contracts – hardware, software, telecoms & servicesBe part of a trusted national brand, over 50 years supporting thriving communities.Grow a career in a newly created role –Dulwich Head Office location.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport procurement activities by assisting the IT Manager with contract documentation, supplier communications, and tender preparation where required.Gather requirements from business units and provide input on whether new or existing contracts can meet business needs.Assist with implementation and lifecycle management of technical contracts, ensuring variations and renewals are documented and approved.Liaise with accounts to ensure invoices are accurate and resolve billing discrepancies with suppliers in consultation with the IT Manager.Monitor contract performance, collect relevant data, and analyse and highlight potential risks or issues for review by the IT Manager.Respond to queries from staff or suppliers in relation to the interpretation of contracts, to ensure compliance escalating more complex issues to the IT Manager.Prepare supporting reports for the IT Manager, contributing information used in quarterly board reports.
Essential Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for someone who combines contract management expertise with strong technical knowledge and a collaborative mindset.
If you have:Qualifications or relevant training in Business, Law, Project Management, or a related field are desirable, but equivalent work experience, these will be highly regarded.Previous experience in contract administration, procurement, or a related administrative support role.Familiarity with contracts in IT, strata management, or insurance environments is advantageous.Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats (phone, video, email, and in-person).
Good analytical skills, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and propose solutions.Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.High attention to detail and a focus on compliance with relevant regulations.Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain resilience in a busy environment.Physically fit, with the ability to bend, stretch, and twist without restriction.
Must be able to successfully complete a medical assessment if required, including drug and alcohol testing.Why Join Whittles?
