Due to continued growth, we are looking to increase our team and invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the position of Contract Administrator.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Contract administration of the project, the head contract and subcontract packages, and all other project procurements
  • Responsible for all contract issues on projects including subcontract letting, variations, progress claims and contract correspondence
  • Managing subcontracts and suppliers
  • Preparation of tenders, submissions, pre-qualifications and quotes
  • Assist the Project Manager in project delivery requirements

To be considered you will possess:

  • Experience working as a Contract Administrator
  • Understanding of construction materials and methods, contract law, management skills and risk management
  • Good knowledge of contract administration principles and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
  • High level of attention to detail
  • High level communication and people skills
  • Drivers licence

Desirable attributes include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Experience using Buildlogic
