**Property Manager - NO WEEKEND WORK ($80k + super - Northbridge, WA)**

**We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and results driven Commercial Property Manager to join the team**

Due to recent growth our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager. You definitely won't be bored in this role. it's fast-paced and you'll be surrounded by a supportive team, You will be managing an existing portfolio.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conducting open homes (and private inspections) and updating landlords on the outcome
- Processing of Rental Applications and Ingoing/Outgoing Condition Reports
- New Lease preparation and signing
- Liaising with landlords/tenants/trades regarding repairs or maintenance issues
- Rental & Lease Renewals finalising Bond claims and processing refunds
- Maintaining Rental Arrears, issuing termination notices if required

**Skills**:

- 2+ years Property Management experience required
- Current Drivers Licence
- Working knowledge of Property Tree and/or other related systems
- Current Property Management Licence
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to follow instructions, be guided and be a key team player
- Passionate about a career in Property Management
