As specialists in In-Home Care, we provide high-quality support to older people living with disabilities and complex needs.We operate south of the river, covering all surrounding areas from High Wycombe, Welshpool, Belmont, Armadale, Cannington, Fremantle, Rockingham, Kwinana, and Singleton.
We are currently looking for support workers in the Fremantle area but welcome applicants from other south of the river locations.About the RoleDue to our continued growth, we have exciting opportunities for compassionate and dedicated Community Support Workers to help our clients live happy, healthy, and independent lives.Your responsibilities may include:Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting, continence care)Meal preparation and assistanceGrocery shopping and errandsTransportation to appointments and community activitiesDomestic assistance (cleaning, laundry)Social support and respite careWhy Join Us?

You should have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.Minimum qualification and certification requirements:Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability, or Home & Community)Experience in aged care and/or disability support within a community settingAustralian Federal Police Check less than 3 months oldFirst Aid & CPR certificates – currentFull WA C Class driver's license (or current international driver's license)Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insuranceSmartphone for work purposesAvailability for consistent hoursIf you're ready to join a compassionate, professional, and supportive team, apply today
