MSWA is a leading provider of disability services, offering exciting permanent part-time opportunities for the Mandurah and Rockingham area.

As a Community Support Worker, you'll make a difference for individuals and families by delivering person-centered care and support directly in their homes across Mandurah and Rockingham.

This is your chance to bring your skills and passion to enhance the lives of our clients as they go about their daily routines. We're looking for caring and empathetic support workers to join us, focusing on the following suburbs:

  • Safety Bay
  • Golden Bay
  • Secret Harbour
  • Lakelands

This is a permanent part-time role based in these areas. Casual work will also be considered.

Our community hours are from 6:30am to 10:30pm, with a focus on early mornings and late afternoons/evenings. We are keen to hear from people available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing personal care to promote clients' health and well-being.
  • Assisting with medication administration.
  • Supporting clients with meal preparation, household chores, and essential daily tasks.
  • Facilitating social access and leisure activities.
  • Tailoring care plans to meet individual needs and goals.
What You'll Bring:
  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact in people's lives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • A current Australian C-Class Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
