Installation Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Installation Operations Coordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, is comfortable working with systems, and wants to contribute to a collaborative environment.

  • Entering and updating all sales order information accurately to ensure jobs can be scheduled and completed.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborating closely with the team to meet customer deadlines.
  • Preparing and sending compliance documents to clients.
  • Closing completed jobs in the system to facilitate invoicing.
Your Qualifications
  • Organised and detail-oriented individual.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Able to work accurately with data.
  • A team player willing to learn and ask questions.
  • Some administrative experience is beneficial but not essential; full training provided.
