**What will your typical week look like?**
- Providing support and complete administrative tasks, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently
- Ensuring Workflow Management and ASIC Compliance
- Delivering a high level of customer care and a people-centric approach.
- Processing tasks such as invoicing and WIP Management, supporting Advisers, Partners and Corporate staff and overall providing general administrative support to team members
- Communicating effectively and in a timely basis with Advisers, Partners and Corporate staff and providing exceptional client service

**You are someone with**
- At least of 2 years of experience in administrative roles
- Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Advanced computer literacy (Excel, Word, etc)
- Highly skilled in prioritising and coordinating tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to pick up errors
- A proactive attitude toward problem solving, learning and developing in your role
- A genuine team player, with a friendly, helpful and constructive attitude
