
Client Services Professional

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients by managing their enrollment solutions.
Your primary focus will be on project management, client relationship building, and ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.
You will work closely with our Client Managers to understand client needs and develop effective strategies to meet their goals.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' experiences and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and facilitate communication between project team members, ensure timely delivery of projects, and monitor progress to identify areas for improvement.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and carriers.
- Experience: Two+ years of benefits experience, with a strong preference for Voluntary Benefits experience.
- Skills: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
