The role of a Client Service Coordinator is a dynamic position within the Sales, Service and Administration team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reception duties, including incoming phone calls, visitor coordination, and customer enquiries.
  • Coordinate delivery truck allocations and confirmations.
  • Process purchase orders and reconcile monthly invoices onsite.
  • Create and maintain customer and sales documents, reports, and records.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Perform general office administration tasks.
About You
  • We seek an experienced administration professional or someone eager to learn and grow.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is beneficial.
  • You must be highly efficient, organized, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
