We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Learning and Development team on a full time basis.

The Learning and Development Advisor will:

- Work together with the Learning and Development team to provide end-to-end learning support to the MedHealth workforce.
- Gather feedback from learners and regularly review in order to make recommendations to improve learning programs.
- Coordinate the testing, review, piloting and sign-off of materials with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SME) both internally and externally to MedHealth.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across MedHealth.
- Co-facilitate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) face to face, and virtual (webinar) learning programs

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Relevant degree/qualification in HR, L&D or Training & Assessment (highly desirable)
- Ability to use eLearning software with strong instructional design capabilities
- Specific Knowledge and Skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work accurately with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to write captivating content to engage learning audiences
- Effective and flexible problem-solving ability
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
