Join a leading manufacturing organisation in Melbourne's northern suburbs and play a key role in delivering their Learning & Development strategy. With the framework already developed, this role is about execution, turning strategy into meaningful outcomes for the business.

About the Role As the Learning & Development Advisor, you'll focus on building engaging, module-based training content and partnering with operational leaders to embed learning initiatives that lift capability across the workforce.

In your first few months, you'll:

  • Support rollout of the Competency Skills Matrix by partnering with operations teams to assess capability against the framework already built by the Head of L&D and Technical Training Specialist
  • Lead a robust training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities to shape targeted learning programs
  • Design and deliver modular training content, creating practical, easy-to-use resources that drive results on the ground
About You

Our client is seeking an experienced L&D professional who thrives in hands-on delivery roles. You'll bring a mix of content design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or operationally complex environments.

  • Strong ability to conduct training needs analysis and deliver practical solutions
  • Confidence working with leaders, technical experts, and frontline teams
