**About the Role**

The Lead Generation and Appointment Setter's primary role is to generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams by contacting potential clients. They are the first point of contact for a company, engaging with prospects to qualify them and book meetings for sales representatives. This involves a mix of communication, sales, and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Qualifying Leads**:

- assessing the prospect's needs, budget, and interest in the product or service to determine if they are a good fit for the sales team.
- **Scheduling Appointments** - setting up meetings or calls for the sales team with qualified leads.
- **Maintaining Records**:

- accurately logging all interactions with potential clients in a CRM system.
- **Following up**:

- ensuring appointments are confirmed, addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients, and building rapport.

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with potential clients and presenting information clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to identify potential clients, build rapport, handle objections, and close for an appointment.
- Understanding the needs and concerns of potential clients to tailor the sales approach effectively.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
