**Lead Generation - Real Estate Sales**

This role is focused on prospecting and marketing support, including letterbox drops, cold calling, and database follow-ups. It's designed as a launchpad for those who want to transition into a full-time sales associate position when they have greater availability.

**The Role**:

- Deliver marketing materials and letters to targeted local areas
- Assist agents with lead generation activities and follow-up calls
- Support sales campaigns and promotional efforts
- Shadow experienced agents on weekend open homes and inspections
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM systems

**What We're Looking For**:

- Motivated and sales career driven with a strong interest in real estate
- A current Certificate of Registration (WA) or willingness to obtain one
- A valid driver's licence and access to a car
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, professional, and coachable attitude
