**About Us**

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Administration, customer service, data entry with general office duties
- Communication with suppliers, customers, and sales representatives
- Proactively develop customer relationships over the phone
- Build rapport and resolve customer queries in a constructive manner
- Handled difficult problems or complaints to provide desired solutions
- Deal with internal staff or departments daily to achieve required outcomes.
- Professional phone manner and enjoy dealing with customer enquiries

**Experience & Qualifications**
- A background in the manufacturing, building, construction, timber, or hardware industry
- Clear and concise communication skill in person and over the phone
- Have a passion for customer service, can multitask and problem solve
- Attention to detail and can work independently or team environment
- Demonstrated experience working within a busy office environment

You will have clear and concise communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines with the passion and energy to achieve target. It is also highly regarded that your background comes from within the retail, building or construction industry i.e.: Bunnings, Mitre 10, Home Hardware
