Portfolio Leadership Role
As a Portfolio Facilities Leader, you will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the facilities management for a high-profile national retail portfolio. This is a dynamic and experienced position that requires a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance.
With a proven track record of success in facilities management across commercial or retail portfolios, you will lead and mentor a team of Operations/Facilities Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Lead national delivery of maintenance, repairs, and building services
Implement and maintain HSE systems, conduct audits, manage incident investigations, and oversee contractor safety performance
Drive procurement activities and manage vendor relationships to enhance performance and value
Act as the escalation point for tenant and client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Deliver high-quality reporting and insights to clients and leadership
In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess strong leadership and team management capabilities, with tertiary qualifications in FM, engineering, safety/environmental management, or related fields. You will also have a deep understanding of HSE systems, contractor management, and capital works.
