Senior Retail Manager

We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to lead our team in managing a portfolio of shopping centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient and cost-effective management, protecting the investment performance of the property asset, and ensuring lease compliance matters.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver efficient and cost-effective management of the centers
    • Position and protect the investment performance of the property asset relative to competitive properties within the area
    • Ensure the tenancy and lease management, including lease compliance matters and implementation of fixed and CPI reviews in accordance with the relevant lease provisions

  • About You:

    • Previous Centre Management experience within a retail environment
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to be dynamic in your approach and adapt well to change
    • The ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations
