Portfolio Leadership Role

As a Portfolio Facilities Leader, you will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the facilities management for a high-profile national retail portfolio. This is a dynamic and experienced position that requires a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance.

With a proven track record of success in facilities management across commercial or retail portfolios, you will lead and mentor a team of Operations/Facilities Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

  • Lead national delivery of maintenance, repairs, and building services
  • Implement and maintain HSE systems, conduct audits, manage incident investigations, and oversee contractor safety performance
  • Drive procurement activities and manage vendor relationships to enhance performance and value
  • Act as the escalation point for tenant and client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Deliver high-quality reporting and insights to clients and leadership

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess strong leadership and team management capabilities, with tertiary qualifications in FM, engineering, safety/environmental management, or related fields. You will also have a deep understanding of HSE systems, contractor management, and capital works.
