About this opportunity
We have openings for 2 x 6 month temporary positions. In these roles you will be responsible for providing end to end delivery of administration services for the Aware specialist products which include the Defined Benefit (DB) and Lifetime Pension (LTP) Products. You will support the Team Coach as a point of escalation for complex queries for our Member Solutions Team, Service Centre, and Adviser network.
How do you exceed our expectations?
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience working in the financial services sector in a high service orientation capacity with expertise in Defined Benefit and Lifetime Pension products. You have experience in large scale registry transition and extensive knowledge of superannuation industry products and services, specifically with regards to Defined Benefit.
