Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
Working across the Operations Division within Anduril Australia's Maritime Division, you are a proactive individual with technical expertise to evaluate, qualify, and manage an increasing number of parallel pursuits. You will be required to learn technical concepts and balance these needs with the commercial requirements necessary for a successful manufacturing business to quickly iterate and execute on tasks against tight timelines. - **Stakeholder Engagement**: Utilise emotional intelligence to build trust and rapport with high-performing teams. For example, effectively navigate conflicts or differing priorities by facilitating open discussions and encouraging collaborative problem-solving.
- **Reporting and Metrics**: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- **New Product Introduction (NPI)**: Understand and work closely with the Design team, ensuring that all stages of the new product development process are executed in alignment with business objectives to ensure clarity of requirements and manufacturing success.
