About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Bar & Bistro Staff to join our team at The Park Werribee in Werribee, VIC. As a casual Bar & Bistro Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall operations of our bar and bistro.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar bar or bistro role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Good knowledge of bar operations, including drink preparation and service
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
