12 month contract role - Junior Legal Secretary Full-time role (5 days per week) - CBD office location Must have previous experience working in a law firm The position:Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking a proactive Junior Legal Secretary to support the wider administration team within a well-known global law firm on a 12 month FTC, with the potenital to extend or become permanent.
This role will involve: Providing general administrative support and assisting in preparing documents and correspondenceOrganising catering, meetings and preparing meeting roomsManaging reception and welcoming guests Handling general office duties and administrative support tasksResponding to general enquiries via telephone, email and in-personCoordinating incoming mail together with a range of records/file management activities.
The ideal candidate:Previous experience working in a law firm in an administrative capacity Ability to work 5 days per week in office.
9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break Excellent communication skills both written and verbalExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailA positive, can-do and proactive attitudeWhat's in it for you?
