Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to develop personalized care plans
  • Provide education on rare cancers, including treatment options, clinical trials, and financial assistance programs
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery
  • Advocate for patient rights and preferences within the healthcare system
  • Facilitate connections with peer support networks and relevant resources

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualifications or significant experience in nursing, social work, counseling, or a related field
  • Clinical experience in oncology or rare diseases is an advantage
