As an **Account Manager **in our** Residential team**, you will report to Sales Manager based in Morningside, Queensland and improve the profitability of your territory by developing and promoting our partnerships. You will build important customers and new business opportunities to achieve profit and growth for PPG across Sunshine Coast and surrounds.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and improving the customer service propositions following our brand strategies
- Leading and growing a portfolio of important trade accounts
- Collaborating with trade applicators, stores, commercial and residential builders. On occasion Architects, Strata's, and specifiers
- Achieving sales, growth, and profit targets
- Delivering high-level customer relationship management that promotes service excellence and customer retention.

**Qualifications**
- A 1+ year of previous experience with Account Management preferably within the painting market
- Working alone and prioritising your own day is how you work best, but you will also be happy to engage and work with your team to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and PPG
- Establish trust and make people feel comfortable with your easy-going approach.
- You will be open, honest and be authentic in your dealings.
- A record in building new relationships, or accounts and growing existing business.
- Current Driver's license
