Job Title: Accounts Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Accounts Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process accounting transactions for the organisation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process customer invoices and claims income through the NDIA portal.
- Collect debts and process creditor invoices.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain relevant records and documentation.
Requirements:
- A Certificate 3 or 4 in Accounting and/or 2-3 years of demonstrated experience working as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer in a high volume function.
- Understanding and experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable functions and relevant accounting controls.
- Proven ability to maintain Accounts Payable/Receivable functions at a consistently high standard.
- Demonstrated competence with the Microsoft Office suite of products and FMIS systems/processes relevant to Accounts Payable.
- Demonstrate understanding of basic accounting principles including GST issues.
