**The opportunity**
As a Program Coordinator, you will be supporting the Program manager to deliver and manage the program office through activities such as co-ordination, planning, control, reporting, analysis, as well as supporting the Program Manager in the delivery of Program initiatives.

**Your key responsibilities as a MetaPM Program Coordinator will include;**
- Financial tracking and reporting.
- Advising and ensuring adherence to project management methodology.
- Documenting and addressing Risks, Issues, and Action Items.
- Supporting project managers with in-house project management tools and methodologies.
- Providing administrative and coordination support for projects.
- Coordinating meetings and preparing project documents.
- Managing resources through on/off boarding and tracking.
- Monitoring project/program performance and communicating status.
- Creating and maintaining management dashboards and summaries.
- Facilitating communication among stakeholders and participating in program reviews.
**About You**
- Experience with Microsoft Project Server or Microsoft Project Client & the Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrable experience of working with staff up to senior management level, comfortable with conducting presentations and running meetings
- Demonstrable attention to detail, diligence, and commitment to quality and accountability of personal output.
- Knowledge of a variety of software programs and tools, including office software, CRM/ERP systems, document management software, P3M tools, and HR systems.
- Knowledge of and experience with different Change Management and Delivery methods and associated controls across the project lifecycle (e.g., MoP, MSP, PRINCE2, Managing Benefits etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and emotional intelligence abilities as shown by your capacity to professionally handle challenging stakeholder interactions and create rapport and credibility in an effective way.
- Experience in risk identification and assessment within a program of works.
- Consulting experience, either with a professional services business or internal consulting as part of your role, will be looked upon favourably.
- Previous experience working within a program of works, working to industry recognised methodologies such as PMBOK/Prince2 will also be looked upon favourably
