OverviewWe seek a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to develop and implement innovative programs in microbiology and pathogen genomics.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Multidisciplinary Projects: Manage complex projects across the Asia-Pacific region, collaborating with international partners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver large-scale research initiatives.
- Drive Strategic Objectives: Develop work plans, monitor progress, and ensure achievement of project goals through coordination and activity management.
- Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with diverse stakeholders, including university departments, research institutions, laboratories, and funding agencies, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee Communications: Develop and implement communication strategies, manage website content, and coordinate social media to disseminate project activities and findings.
This position is suitable for individuals with a background in public health, global health, or pathogen genomics, possessing excellent project management skills and effective communication abilities.
Essential qualifications include a tertiary qualification in a related field, demonstrated experience in project management and stakeholder engagement, strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
