What you will do
- Provide coordination support to the program and project team to deliver MACS technology initiatives, coordinating multi-stream programs
- Manage coordination and tracking of program/project meetings, actions and decisions, including governance meetings
- Prepare executive briefings, presentations, agendas, minutes, papers and program reporting
- Support development of program plans and tracking of milestones and deliverables, including document and records management
- Coordinate and support program and project risks, issues and communications, in line with inter-dependencies
About you
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and supporting large-scale IT programs with high attention to detail and quality in artifacts such as presentations and reports
- Experience with excellent document and information management
- Excellent time management; proactive and flexible with competing priorities
- Technical skills with software packages, especially within M365, Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
