**About The Role**:
As our Commercial Lead - Work, you will play a crucial role in driving the commercial and financial performance of the Work division at Endeavour Foundation. Reporting to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, this role partners closely with executive and operational teams to optimise financial outcomes, guide strategic investments, and build long-term sustainability.

You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, commercial modelling, and financial analysis, with a focus on improving efficiency, supporting growth, and ensuring informed, data-driven decisions across the portfolio.

**What you'll be doing**
- Leading financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for the Work division.
- Developing financial models and business cases that inform pricing, investments and tender submissions.
- Collaborating with senior leaders to identify commercial opportunities, manage risks and drive sustainable growth.
- Supporting commercial contract negotiations through scenario modelling and financial analysis.
- Monitoring and reporting on financial KPIs and providing meaningful insights to improve performance.
- Partnering with operational teams to strengthen commercial capability and enable informed decision-making.
- Leading month-end and year-end close processes and supporting audit requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial standards, regulations and governance practices.

**What we're looking for**
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field, with CPA or CA qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial finance role within a large, complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments, including costing and inventory control.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial modelling, pricing strategies and tender processes.
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial management systems, ideally with exposure to Dynamics 365.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and deliver clear, strategic financial insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
