Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead a significant commercial project in Australia.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors for timely, cost-effective delivery of construction projects.
  • Manage project specifications, contracts, and regulations ensuring compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, contracts, and change orders.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to managers on milestones and issues.
  • Coordinate with team members to complete tasks on time and within budget.
  • Track expenses and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Resolve issues promptly and escalate to managers as needed.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer on large-scale projects (over $100 mil).
  • Experience working for a Tier 1 or 2 Builder within the Australian market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering within the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical mindset.
