We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our fabulous Finance team. Based in our Head Offices in Abbotsford you will not only be surround with beautiful shoes, but be a part of a supportive, inclusive, and growing accountancy and finance team. Working together with the business units, you will support the Group Finance function and report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
What Will Your Day Look Like?
- Our Accounts Payable function is a busy, "no two days are the same" kind of role.
- As part of a team of 5 you will be fully supported and part of a great AP team
- You will perform all duties of the Accounts Payable function including:

- accurate and timely processing of invoices
- undertaking payment to our suppliers, and
- ensuring all queries and requests are resolved in a timely and professional manner

What You Will Bring To This Role?
- You have an eye for detail and bring an ability to work with high volume invoices with flare and accuracy.
- You have worked in Accounts Payable role for 3+ years and know your way around an invoice.
- You will have experience in a complex, fast paced business environment (Retail/Wholesale preferred, but not essential
- If you have used, or know Infor M3 this would be a great advantage
- You love to work with suppliers, stakeholders, and your team to achieve epic customer experience in a friendly and professional way every time.
- You enjoy numbers (and are more than likely super organised), and find Zen in having good systems, processes and working in a methodological fashion
- You don't like surprises And like to triple check everything you do
- You are a team player, love shoes and have had retail or wholesale industry experience

You're not expected to have 100% of these skills. We want you to grow and mature with the rest of the organisation.
