The company emphasizes an entrepreneurial culture, training and development, and leadership that supports opportunities every day.You will be responsible forAnalyse existing CRM processes, data flows, and integrations to identify areas for improvement.Work with technical teams to design solutions aligned with Dynamics 365 capabilities and best practices.Act as the primary administrator for the system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues once the system is live.System onboarding of new users and offboarding of users exiting the business.Collaborate with sales leaders, third-party developers, and a broad business stakeholder group across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Category teams, plus project managers to ensure successful delivery of CRM enhancements and projects.Lead business UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet business acceptance criteria.About youYou will have prior experience within Sales operations with knowledge of best practices and trends.
You should have proven experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Strong analytical skills to collect and interpret large and complex data sets, apply statistical methods, create forecasts, and make recommendations are essential.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak confidently and support CRM system users and management are highly valued.Experience with system configuration, workflows, business rules, and dashboards in Dynamics 365Proficiency in business process modelling and requirement documentation techniquesKnowledge of integration tools and APIs for Dynamics 365Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, PL-200) preferredFamiliarity with ERP systemsExperience in CM software implementation and support, data management, sales or customer service support is advantageousCybersecurity awarenessStrong MS Excel skills with large and complex data setsBenefitsBunzl offers a broad and flexible range of benefits including a profit share scheme for eligible employees, exclusive motor vehicle and health insurance products, travel and accommodation discounts, study assistance, wellbeing programs, community programs, and access to discounted Bunzl products.EEO and inclusivityWe believe that through diversity we build strength and stability, and that safety and security of our employees is non-negotiable.
