Responsibilities- Analyse existing CRM processes, data flows, and integrations to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with technical teams to design solutions aligned with Dynamics 365 capabilities and best practices.
- Act as the primary administrator for the system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues once the system is live.
- System onboarding of new users and offboarding users exiting the business.
- Collaborate with sales leaders, 3 rd party developers, a broad business stakeholder group across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Category teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of CRM enhancements and projects.
- Lead business UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet business acceptance criteria.
You will have previous experience within Sales operations, sound knowledge of best practices and trends both internal and external paired with proven experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Strong analytical skills to collect and interpret large and complex data sets, apply statistical methods to draw conclusions, create forecasts and make recommendations are essential for this role.
Excellent communication skills and having ability to speak confidently and deliver support to CRM system users and management will also be highly valued.
Other essentials for the role- Experience with system configuration, workflows, business rules, and dashboards in Dynamics 365
- Proficiency in business process modelling and requirement documentation techniques
- Knowledge of integration tools and APIs for Dynamics 365
- Ideally, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, PL-200)
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Experience in CM software implementation and support, data management, sales or customer service support would be advantageous
- Cybersecurity awareness
- Strong MS Excel skills over a large and complex data set
