CRM Test Analysts

We are looking to engage a couple of Test Analysts that have experience in "CRM Application Testing" to join an existing project on initial contracts until mid 2026 (with view to extend).

All applicants MUST hold baseline or NV1 security clearance

You will be joining an existing project. If you have Application testing experience on CRM products (ideally within an ERP project) this would be ideal.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct CRM application testing and contribute to testing in an Agile (Scrum) project environment.
  • Utilise testing management tools and participate in test automation activities.
  • Understand client systems and underlying technologies where applicable (e.g., Java, Siebel / Oracle Fusion, ESB, PeopleSoft, SAP).
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure quality and timely delivery of releases.
Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in IT, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is desirable.
  • Proven IT testing experience, including use of testing management products and test automation.
  • CRM Application Testing and Functional Testing experience.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an Agile (Scrum) project environment.
  • Desirable knowledge of, or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, client systems and underlying technologies (e.g., Java, Siebel / Oracle Fusion, ESB, PeopleSoft, SAP).

Note: If you do not have baseline or NV1 security clearance, this role is not suitable as this is a key requirement of the role.
