**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and maintain the iMIS database and RiSE websites.
- Provide high-level support and analysis to staff using the systems.
- Coordinate CRM integration with other business systems (e.g., marketing automation, customer service platforms).
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Power BI analytics.
- Oversee system health, data cleansing, and security updates.
- Troubleshoot database and system issues using SQL.
- Collaborate with all sections of the organisation to support strategic and operational goals.
- Support the development and customisation of workflows, layouts, and fields to meet organisational needs.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL database administration (preferably iMIS).
- Experience working with membership organisations, ideally unions.
- Strong technical skills in database management, website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and integration with other systems.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, data models, and CRM architecture.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines, multitask, and prioritise in a busy environment.

**Desirable**:

- Tertiary qualifications in database management or related fields.
- Experience with Power BI and data visualisation tools.
- Positive attitude towards unionism and a commitment to ethical standards.
