Department Overview The primary role of the Configuration and Technical Subscriber Lead is to support the subscriber technical solutions and operations, working closely with the Technical Specialist to deliver customer requirements
Ensure total customer satisfaction by delivering a high level of service and maintaining a high quality standard throughout the management, configuration & installation of voice and mobile data equipment
Manage and be the contact point for problem, case and issue management base upon a National approach.
Ensuring a documented process for improving and standardising of code plug development, regression testing and fleet management principles are developed and maintained.
**Job Description**:
Drive and manage a standardised process of code plug development and regression testing. Ensuring a Quality Management of these item are maintained, recorded and reported based upon a National approach.

Provide radio subscriber technical support for customers, internal and external stakeholders to deliver radio communication solutions to meet defined requirements.

Proven ability to examine data, identify trends and extract information and make recommendationsconclusions based on findings

Manage, develop, update and maintain technical process, design documentation and skills framework to better align with evolving trends and required training to ensure subscriber teams are able to preform their work.

Assist with the management and maintenance of Subscriber equipment ensuring data accuracy between Motorola and customer databases

Change Management, including
Codeplug management including updating and maintaining associated documentation;
KMFKVLEncryption management;
Fleetmapping;
Continual improvement process and a quality assurance framework.

Contribute in meetings and interactions with stakeholders Internal and external, for better interoperability for law enforcement and emergency service organisation and working groups.

May be required to participate in an equitable roster system to maintain customer Service Level Agreements

Perform all work in accordance with relevant industry procedures and quality standards

Achieve timelines whilst maintaining a high quality standard

Maintain a neat and orderly facility

Maintain conduct in accordance with Motorola39;s 34;Code of Conduct34; and OH&S policies

Inspection work may be required to be performed at locations other than the primary site

Other duties as defined by direct supervisor

Basic Requirements
Desirable

Degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering or working towards same

Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, IT or Customer Service

IP Networking or software programming certifications

Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge management activities to explore and acquire knowledge in order to keep up level of technical expertise

Proven experience of providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction

High level of communication skills

High level of Quality Assurance together with data quality analysis

Very high understanding of ACMA regulations
