Job Summary

This senior technical lead role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting subscriber operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with the technical team to design, develop, and maintain standardized processes for code plug development and regression testing.

Key responsibilities include managing problem and issue management, developing and maintaining documented processes, and providing radio subscriber technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.

Additionally, this role requires driving process standardization, managing technical documentation, assisting with equipment management, and contributing to meetings and interactions with stakeholders.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong communication skills, quality assurance expertise, and a high understanding of ACMA regulations. A degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, along with IP Networking or software programming certifications, is highly desirable.
