**About You**

The HO Enterprise Business Excellence will report to the Executive Enterprise Operations Strategy, Transformation and Business Delivery. The primary purpose of the role is to lead and support the design, development and operations of business process management and business improvement methodologies (and alignment of capabilities) across the Enterprise.

**Your key accountabilities will include**:

- Identify key Enterprise opportunities to drive large-scale productivity (cost-out) efficiencies through interventions (lean, process, automation etc.) to drive continuous operational improvement and process uplift.
- The role will also be responsible for leading the centre of excellence (CoE) that works with internal stakeholders across the Enterprise.
- Further reduce costs by outsourcing and business process simplification (eliminate waste, automate and digitise)
- Leverage breakthrough technology to advance the way we capture, monitor and streamline processes

**Your Capabilities, Experience & Qualifications**:

- Strong ability to distribute organisational resources that aligns with key priorities, demand and delivers productivity
- Highly commercial; balance cost out priorities against customer outcomes and risk (incl. reputational risk)
- Able to respond to dynamically changing business drivers and adapt capacity planning to deliver operational performance and unlock operational efficiencies for the Enterprise
- Able to focus and drive change effectively, including execution of productivity interventions flawlessly
- Ability to drive execution with senior stakeholders to deliver outcomes
- Advocates cross-functional analysis of problems, encouraging cooperation across functions on key decisions.
- The energy, passion, and people skills to motivate change in others and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong experience in Banking / Banking Operations.
- Demonstrated experience in transformation of banking processes and/or cost out experience in the banking sector.
- Some direct experience in cross divisional reengineering/transformation (preferably direct leadership) - including identifying and implementing improvements to banking operations and processes impacting products, channels or services.
- Sound knowledge of Operational Risk Frameworks, and experience working in a regulated environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline
