Job Description

UST is seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of business architectures. As a Senior Business Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver business architectures that align with client strategies and market conditions.

You will be responsible for developing capability models, value stream and To Be operating models that align to client strategies and market conditions. Additionally, you will map organisation, process, data and system footprints to identify and address improvement opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience with Business, Enterprise (Process) Architecture Framework(s) and their applications. A tertiary qualification in Business, IT or related disciplines is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience with Business, Enterprise (Process) Architecture Framework(s) and their applications.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience in process modelling, standards, notations, architecture and governance.
