Job Description
">The Organisational Development and Learning Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the learning, development, and culture initiatives for employees across the business. The role will also support the planning and coordination of the QTC Education Programme to Queensland's public sector client base in partnership with the University of Queensland.
">Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Coordinate all learning and organisational development programmes and initiatives.">
- Plan and coordinate events, including training-related and firm-wide culture-focused events.">
- Manage participant communication, including confirming enrolments, attendance, feedback calendar entries, and any pre/post work.">
- Prepare and coordinate training resources and materials, including tracking and ordering materials as required.">
- Manage the learning and organisational development mailbox and become the main point of contact for all learner enquiries.">
- Oversee the Induction Programme and Mandatory Training Programme.">
- Manage the finance and procurement processes for the learning function, including maintaining and submitting Sourcing Records, Contract Records, and PR/PO to ensure effective budget management.">
- Perform additional administrative tasks, including preparing the Learning Newsletter and Engagement Surveys.">

- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities within an autonomous role.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

- University Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent experience.">
- Minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience.">
- Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development.">
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role or similar.">
- Experience with LMS platforms and online learning programmes.">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.">
