As an Organisation Culture Transformation Partner, you will partner with leaders to strengthen teams and develop leadership capability.

Consolidated Power Projects Australia (CPP) is a leading high-voltage infrastructure provider connecting renewable energy projects to Australia's electricity grid.

We specialise in the design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of substations, transmission lines, wind farms, and battery storage systems.

Our team has connected more wind farms and renewable batteries than any other company.

We have over 700 employees across offices in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.

The Opportunity

Join us as an Organisation Culture Transformation Partner and provide strategic advice and support across key Human Resources activities.

As a senior member of the HR team, you will partner with leaders to guide organisational change, talent & succession planning, leadership development and workplace relations.

You will also contribute to building broader team capability through coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee and industrial relations, including compliance with employment legislation, enterprise agreements and bargaining processes.",
• Support organisational structure reviews, workforce planning and cultural change initiatives aligned with business strategy.",
• Lead performance review processes and contribute to leadership development, succession planning, and capability programs in partnership with the Talent function.",
• Coach senior leaders to strengthen people management practices and leadership capability.",
• Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including unions, regulatory bodies, and internal leadership teams.",
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and promote adaptability across the workforce.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• 10+ years experience as a Senior HR professional in a large, heavy industry organisation such as construction, mining, or energy.",
• Degree qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Organisational Psychology, or Industrial Relations.",
• Substantial experience in developing and executing industrial relations strategies, policies, and negotiating enterprise bargaining agreements.",
• A data-driven approach to HR decision making, with the ability to analyse complex information and make informed recommendations.",
• Proven ability to mentor, guide, and develop team members, particularly within HR-related functions.",
• Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.",
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to the rapidly evolving landscape of renewable energy.",
• Flexibility to travel interstate.
