**_The role_**
Based in Mentone in the Southeast Bayside region of Melbourne, the State Sales Manager - VIC/TAS role will drive profitable sales growth within the Foodservice channel and be directly accountable for the VIC TAS Foodservice targets across GSV, Trade Spend, NSV and GP.

You will support the execution of strategic national distributor plans within your state portfolio as well as development of a state key account portfolio plan. Leading and motivating a small team to drive sales growth is essential.

Reporting to National Field Sales Manager in our Out of Home team, you will deliver strategic national distributor and state plans in GSV, Trade Spend, NSV and GP. Have clear national plans that role up into state activation plans across all levels of account management, for both distributor and end user customer activation. These plans will reflect the business needs including corporate sales, marketing objectives and maximum investment of resources.

The role will have interstate state travel requirements.

**_About you_**
Essential to success is your strong financial and commercial acumen, significant experience within FMCG/Foodservice channel and ability to consistently achieve sales targets. Your passion, hunger and drive will see you accomplish results and thrive with the new challenge. A hands on and supportive leadership approach and the need to understand customer and consumer trade marketing products and processes is essential.

The role will suit an experienced Sales Manager or an ambitious National Account Manager looking for the next step up.
