Key Responsibilities

This role involves overseeing the sales, wages and shrinkage targets for a state.

Collaborating with the visual merchandising team to implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines is also key to success in this position.

Effective stock management across all stores to maximise sales opportunities is another crucial aspect of this job.

Supervising store managers, providing guidance and training in rostering, shrinkage and budgets, as well as HR management, recruitment, staff performance and wage control are additional responsibilities.

Additionally, hands-on approach in daily operations and communicating and implementing business initiatives from head office across all stores are important duties in this role.

  • Accountability for the sales, wages and shrinkage targets for the state
  • Working alongside the VM team to implement and maintain VM Guidelines
  • Effectively managing stock across all stores to maximize sales opportunities
  • Supervision of store managers, guidance and training in rostering, shrinkage and budgets
  • HR Management, recruitment, staff performance and wage control
  • Hands-on approach in daily operations
  • Communicating and implementing business initiatives from Head Office across all stores
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' multi-site management experience with a fashion apparel retailer
  • Successful sales track records and the ability to measure and drive KPIs
  • Exceptional focus on customer service
  • Demonstrated experience in stock control and management
  • Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example and manage teams
  • Possess good time management and organisational skills
  • Have a passion for attention to detail
