Job Description Summary

Leading the claim process of the Unify Networks contract
About the Role

To lead, measure, improve and report the claim payment process within the NBN Unity Networks contract to an industry leading standard.

To contribute to the profitability and growth of Service Stream by ensuring that the claim team operates in an accurate and timely manner to ensure that all commercial agreements and client and subcontractor obligations are delivered within the parameters and timeframes, pass rates are maximized and claim rejections are analysed, reported and resolved efficiently.
